The Strategic Influence and Communication Certification is a six-module training program delivered across six half-day sessions. It equips teams to communicate with precision, adapt to diverse audiences, and turn conversations into clear, actionable decisions within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Format and Investment

The certification includes six instructor-led half-day modules, delivered on-site or virtually. Schedules are tailored to minimize operational disruption while maintaining engagement and continuity.

Tuition: $4,000 per participant (minimum 10 People)

Includes all six sessions, program materials, pre- and post-assessments, and an official certificate of completion.

Define desired outcomes, identify decision drivers, and structure key points into a concise, outcome-driven narrative that aligns with stakeholder priorities.

MODULE 2

Adaptive Communication Skills

Recognize audience preferences and adjust tone, pace, level of detail, and communication channel to enhance clarity and minimize misinterpretation.
MODULE 3

Trust-Building Dialogue

Use powerful questioning, reflective listening, and structured synthesis to uncover needs, constraints, and success criteria.
MODULE 4

Handling Pushback and Building Value

Anticipate concerns, pre-empt friction points, and respond with clarity—connecting benefits to tangible outcomes. Includes a toolkit of mini-coaching huddles leaders can use with their teams.
MODULE 5

Ethical Influence and Message Sequencing

Build credibility and momentum through structured influence: frame context, position value, leverage social proof, and secure next steps with respectful urgency.

MODULE 6

Integration Lab and Toolkit Deployment

Apply the full toolkit in live simulations for internal briefings, client meetings, negotiations, and executive updates. Finalize playbooks, huddles, and implementation scorecards for ongoing reinforcement.

Reusable scripts, templates, and checklists for email, meetings, and conversations.

Eight 15-minute coaching huddles for team-level skill reinforcement.
Implementation scorecards to measure adoption and performance improvement.
A pre-send communication checklist and post-meeting debrief template to encourage continuous improvement.

Eligibility

COJG Eligible

This program qualifies under the Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) as employer-driven skills training delivered by an eligible third-party provider in Ontario for Ontario-based roles.

  • Delivered by a third-party training provider based in Ontario.
  • Employer applicants must operate in Ontario and select trainees to close specific communication and leadership skill gaps.

Trainee eligibility:

Ontario residents who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons—either current employees or unemployed individuals with a conditional or permanent job offer.

The program excludes ineligible participants such as business owners, controlling parties, and senior managers in large organizations (500+ employees).
